📦 Return Policy – SimpleShelfs

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

To start a return, email support@simpleshelfs.com with your order number and reason. We’ll send return instructions and, if eligible, a prepaid label.

Exchanges: Need a different item? Let us know we’re happy to help!

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable items: Sale items, gift cards, and custom orders.
